Promoted Posts Banner Widget

Three posts with the current highest bid are displayed at the top of the page. There should also be a small button/link (“Show All Promoted”) that shows all posts that were promoted. Users should be able to set intervals for each bid to spread the funds evenly, i.e. a bid of 100 NEAR over 10 days has the same power as a bid of 10 NEAR for 1 day if their schedules overlap, or to designate specific amounts for certain days over the time frame. Bids of equal costs should be randomly displayed. Proceeds should be immediately transferred to a hardcoded NEAR account (you will have to transfer ownership over it to DevGov DAO to receive the bounty). Quality of UI design and UX are the major factors in determining whether to grant this bounty. Please create them as separate widgets that we can later embed into https://devgovgigs.near.social/.
