Build new signal adapters

Description

Huma Decentralized Signal Portfolio is an open platform that enables access to high-quality signals about a borrower's income, assets, liabilities, and creditworthiness. These signals are collected through Signal Adapters hosted on the DSP, which can access data from a variety of on-chain and off-chain sources. Any developer can contribute to the platform by adding a new Signal Adapter for a specific data source. By adding and improving these signals, one improves the quality of underwriting across the ecosystem.

The winning teams should create new Signal Adapters that can retrieve useful data that can improve the quality of the underwriting.

On-chain Signals

Conforming to Huma DSP/EA standards
Potential impact of the adapter
